Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across India for a variety of technology positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close roles quickly in a competitive environment - all while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial technical and behavioural screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal stakeholders, and gather timely feedback.
Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts, ensuring alignment with company standards and market trends.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, and others.
Maintain accurate and updated data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure smooth communication between candidates, clients, and the internal team throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Indian IT market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 6 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment (experience with permanent or contract staffing preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian IT job market and hiring channels.
Experience hiring for roles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, QA/Testers, and Full Stack Developers.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
You need to have your own laptop/desktop and high speed internet connection.
