General Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations. Must be proficient in data visualization (dashboards, presentations, etc.).
  • An understanding or familiarity of basic machine learning, preferably in natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with modern cloud solutions/platforms such as AWS, Azure etc.
  • Understanding or familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecom domain and customer interaction transcript data a plus.


Project Related Qualifications
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team on a high visibility project project. This project aims to deliver personalized offers to customers by analyzing conversational data from customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the current model, incorporating new features, and expanding its capabilities into Spanish.
  • There are new enhancements requested by leadership to evolve this project further making it more advanced model to capture additional indicators such as offers, offer acceptance vs rejection as well as expanding capabilities into Spanish calls.
  • Design, develop, and improve AI/ML models using Large Language Models (LLMs), finetuning, and prompt engineering to meet project requirements.
  • Utilize advanced techniques for mining conversational indicators to identify services at risk, customer pain points, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize enhancement requests, providing clear communication of pros, cons, and potential blockers throughout the model development process.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML tools and techniques to ensure this project model remains cutting-edge and effective.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and project managers
