Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Program Manager with exceptional communication and presentation skills to join our onsite team in Stamford, CT. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including multiple VPs, to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You ll be responsible for driving data and analytics initiatives, interpreting complex data insights, and presenting findings in a clear and business-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex technical data into actionable business insights.
  • Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Work directly with VPs and senior leadership, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that tell a clear and compelling story using data.
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, and reviews with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate outcomes.
  • Write and analyze SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools or Excel; experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau is a plus.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across projects, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills this role demands clarity, confidence, and polish in all forms of communication.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering reports and decks to VP-level stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience in data and analytics projects, with the ability to interpret and explain data to both technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in Excel or BI platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with BI tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
  • Background in technical program management or business analysis roles with cross-functional exposure.
