job summary:

Essential Functions:

MDM System Maintenance: Lead in the maintenance and administration of MDM systems in collaboration with internal resources.

Project Support: Support large-scale end-to-end MDM project implementation.

Quality Management: Conduct data quality functions including audit/assessment, entity resolution, data profiling, and exception management configuration in MDM.

echnical Planning & Requirements Gathering: Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases, manage projects, and deliver solutions.

Informatica MDM Development: Engage in hands-on development for the implementation of Informatica MDM on the Azure platform.

Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects, Informatica Admins, and MDM developers. Interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes and rules, identifying areas for improvement.

Technology Research: Research and recommend new technology solutions aligned with IT and business needs.

System Support: Support commercial information systems team in various activities including system testing, implementations, upgrades, and end-user engagement initiatives.

Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requirements, draft functional design documentation, and testing plans.

Compliance: Ensure that functional work activities comply with technology, GMP requirements, and corporate objectives.

Safety & Values: Promote safety rules and adhere to Lantheus values including accountability, communication, customer commitment, integrity, safety, and teamwork.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with up to 5 years of progressive experience in analytical roles.

• strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Integration experience with IDQ.

• 2+ years of experience on the Informatica MDM platform.

• Familiarity with SOX/GMP validated environments is advantageous.

• Collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team across multiple functional organizations.

• Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
