We are looking for SAP Data Migration Lead for our client in Pittsburgh, PA
Job Title: SAP Data Migration Lead
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Key Skills: Required Skills And Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Data Migration, with 8+ years in SAP BODS and S/4HANA Cloud (RISE) migrations.
- Proven experience leading complex migration programs involving multiple legacy ERPs.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Must Have) and staging table-based migrations.
- Hands-on understanding of key S/4HANA migration objects: Business Partner, Material, BOM, Hierarchies and other DM Objects.
- Experience building data validation and reconciliation frameworks using SQL, BODS, or reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to bridge between IT, business, and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing offshore delivery teams.
- Solid knowledge of data governance and audit practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and source analysis (especially from Navision SQL DB or similar systems.
