Title: Buisness Process Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: FULL TIME
The Senior ServiceNow TC/BPC (or combined) S2P consultants, to perform the following: Process Guide and Workshop presentations, create and present Now Assist S2P user stories. Additional skills to have: SPO (Sourcing & Purchasing Automation) workshops, SLO (Supplier Lifecycle Operations) user stories, process guide and presentation and Procurement Case management process workshops.
Criteria & What to Look For:
- Big "T" Transformation Experience
End-to-end transformation leadership in Finance and Procurement domains e.g., shared services setup, global process redesign, operating model changes, strategic sourcing transformations
- Thought Leadership
White papers, conference speaking, published frameworks, internal centers of excellence leadership, or transformational visioning roles at top-tier firms (e.g., Big 4, Infosys Consulting, Accenture Strategy)
- Finance & Procurement Process Mastery
Strong grounding in P2P, SLO, APO strategic sourcing, process workshop, user stories and presentations, Shopping Hub Process Workshops, Sourcing & Purchasing Automation Process workshops, Procurement Case management Process, Supplier Lifecycle Operations relationship management
- Advisory-Led Approach
Roles in business advisory or consulting that focus on process re-engineering, policy harmonization, and ERP/SaaS strategy alignment, not just tech implementation
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement
Experience influencing CFOs, Controllers, CPOs should mention presenting to executive leadership or being part of steering committees
- SI-style Program Leadership
Experience driving business transformation as a lead from an SI or advisory partner side ideally managing multi-year finance/procurement transformations with measurable impact
- Business-First, Tech-Enabled
Demonstrates ability to lead transformation "enabled by technology" (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa) but not just centered on tech implementation
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Evidence of working across business + IT teams, aligning transformation with org change, training, and adoption plans
