We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Compensation modules to join a high-impact project for a leading enterprise client. This role demands hands-on configuration experience, strategic advisory capabilities, and a strong understanding of compensation planning, design, and execution within Oracle Cloud HCM.
