Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering robust and scalable network solutions across a large enterprise environment. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with technical oversight of critical network systems operations including voice, data, UNIX, LAN/WAN, and distributed client-server environments. You will play a key leadership role in managing agile teams focused on the administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Leadership:

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional agile teams.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

  • Promote Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery of high-value network infrastructure projects.

Network Operations Management:

  • Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of network systems (e.g., LAN/WAN, voice, data, UNIX OS, client-server platforms).

  • Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability across a multi-site enterprise network infrastructure.

  • Manage hardware and software configurations across multiple business functions and geographies.

Team Management & Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, system administrators, and support staff.

  • Provide guidance on team objectives, KPIs, and career development.

  • Encourage innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Delivery & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, security, and application teams.

  • Manage network-related risk, change, and incident resolution.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure all systems comply with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in audits, documentation, and implementation of network security best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Leverage metrics to identify areas for process improvement within network operations and agile delivery.

  • Foster a DevOps culture through automation, CI/CD practices, and proactive system monitoring.
