Position OverviewAs a Supervisor, you will oversee daily staff activities in your assigned area, guiding and mentoring your team to success. Your leadership will help shape the quality of services we provide, making a real impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
- Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies.
- Lead the resolution of complex issues and complaints.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Education: Associate's Degree in a related field preferred (applicable work experience may substitute).
- Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis.
- Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Effective communication skills for training and presentations.
- Experience: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
This role involves working in a well-lit, climate-controlled office environment, with occasional exposure to a hospital setting. You may encounter various challenges, including:
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Repetitive motions associated with computer use.
- Exposure to health-related hazards, requiring safety precautions.
