Job Details

Job Description:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of LMS platforms (SuccessFactors, 360 Learning), ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Design, build, and curate high-quality, interactive training content that drives engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Act as a front-end expert for the 360 Learning LMS extension, ensuring user-centric design and functionality.
  • Partner with vendors like RR Donnelley to manage timelines, quality, and delivery of learning content.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent training projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to gather feedback and improve LMS performance and user experience.
  • Support the Business School Lead by maintaining training resources (e.g., SharePoint updates) and integrating AI tools into the learning strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive and engaging training materials to support digital learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience implementing digital training platforms, including SuccessFactors and 360 Learning.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and training process optimization.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, AI-based learning tools, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with LMS systems, front-end customization, and AI tools for learning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot training and platform-related issues.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related field preferred.
