Responsibilities
Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Engineer with HM&E system subject matter expertise to provide engineering and project management consultation for U.S. Navy programs. The candidate's responsibilities may include:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering required. Master's in Engineering a plus.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Naval Ship Control Systems, Machinery Control Systems, and/or Navigation Systems.
Demonstrated experience developing technical innovations and R&D prototype projects.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $65.58 - USD $102.46 /Yr.
Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Engineer with HM&E system subject matter expertise to provide engineering and project management consultation for U.S. Navy programs. The candidate's responsibilities may include:
- Providing electical/electronics engineering and project management support for U.S Navy clients, particularly for the design, development, and testing of Ship Control Systems and other HM&E systems.
- Utilizing project management methodologies, including Agile, to provide process improvements and manage/track critical program activities.
- Develop technical requirements, translate complex engineering data for project teams, and utilize systems engineering processes to effectively deliver technical solutions.
- Develop products such as technical briefings, program schedules, and risk management plans to support complex multi-year Naval acquisition and modernization projects.
- Advise Naval engineering teams by providing knowledge transfer and mentorship.
- Provide technical expertise for proposal development efforts, as well as internal R&D / technology development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering required. Master's in Engineering a plus.
- 15+ years of U.S. Navy HM&E System experience required.
- Demonstarted experience with Systems Engineering Processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
- Active Secret clearance required
