We are in 100+ school districts all over the country, serving middle and high schoolers. Edia's renowned engineering leader is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join with helping develop groundbreaking educational tools and platforms that transform learning experiences. As a rapidly growing company, Edia's expansion has created exciting opportunities for highly accomplished individuals.


Responsibilities

  • Building data visualizations that reveal student understanding in realtime.
  • Crafting teacher workflows that feel natural (orchestrating 30 simultaneous learning journeys is a fascinating problem).
  • Creating interfaces that make AI insights actually useful for teachers in the classroom.


Qualifications

  1. Substantial frontend work with complex application development, not just website building. Ex/ state management, complex user interactions, or performance optimization.
  2. At least one significant project or role involving backend development.
  3. Deeper programming knowledge beyond frameworks. Ex/
  • Development of internal tools or libraries.
  • Contributions to open source.
  • Implementation of complex features from scratch rather than just using existing libraries.
  • Experience with functional programming languages or concepts.
  • Systems level projects or compiler work.
