Material & Design Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a Material & Design Coordinator to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis. This position focuses on supporting network deployment projects, particularly through managing RF material orders and ensuring alignment with design standards and construction documentation. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and oversee RF material orders to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Review RF design documents and ensure compliance with updated design standards and construction drawings.
• Identify discrepancies between design and construction documentation, coordinating revisions with RF and construction teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely material delivery.
• Stay updated on industry RF design standards and apply them to project processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate tracking of project materials and progress.
• Assist in resolving issues related to material specifications or project timelines.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity in project requirements and updates.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the telecom industry, with RF design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Familiarity with T-Mobile systems and material ordering processes is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Self-driven and capable of adapting to fast-paced production environments.
