- Travel requirements for this position are as needed, enabling opportunities to engage with customers and partners directly, enhancing the hands-on aspect of our experiential initiatives.
- Lead, direct and motivate cross-functional team members and vendors to execute participation in various tradeshow, meetings and events to high standards.
- Travel to trade show event locations and lead booth install, de-install, and on-site booth management.
- Lead booth layout, according to marketing and sales strategy, budget, and brand guidelines in collaboration with global tradeshow team.
- Create and manage ancillary events and supporting staff.
- Conduct research into potential future tradeshows to ensure our presence at relevant industry events.
- Handle the ordering of services and packing of materials for each tradeshow.
- Manage multiple shows simultaneously, ensuring that all details are taken care of for each event.
- Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the role, from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and streamline event execution.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring all events adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies and booth activations to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation at each event
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead innovative marketing initiatives that create memorable brand experiences while achieving strategic business goals.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Must be well-versed with budget processes in marketing.
- Strong campaign planning skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Willingness to travel for event coordination as needed.
