AI/ML Engineer (W2 only)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in building predictive models, neural networks, and AI-driven applications, with a strong focus on solving complex business problems through data-driven intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and features for model training.
• Implement deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) for tasks such as NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Deploy machine learning models into production using cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and workflows.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance using metrics and A/B testing.
• Stay up-to-date with latest AI research, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with model deployment, containerization (Docker), and cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Platform AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graph ML, generative AI, or large language models.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps practices.
• Publications or contributions in AI/ML research projects.
