Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in data visualization, and capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Derive insights that enhance both member and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation initiatives.
- Design and maintain reporting capabilities that provide visibility into cloud adoption, quality metrics, and key business KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Apply data visualization and modeling techniques to solve business and technical challenges.
- Analyze large and small datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience with data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with R or Python.
- Experience with Azure Analysis Servicesor similar data modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
