Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in data visualization, and capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
  • Derive insights that enhance both member and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation initiatives.
  • Design and maintain reporting capabilities that provide visibility into cloud adoption, quality metrics, and key business KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Apply data visualization and modeling techniques to solve business and technical challenges.
  • Analyze large and small datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 yearsof experience with data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with R or Python.
  • Experience with Azure Analysis Servicesor similar data modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
