Job Description:
- Client is seeking a highly strategic and creative consultant to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for key products and features.
- In this role, you will act as the brand marketing expert shaping product positioning, defining creative briefs, and delivering innovative, scalable campaigns across multiple channels to drive education, engagement, and adoption.
- You will be the "go-to" source for market context, actionable insights, and emerging trends, informing both marketing and product strategies.
- This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, managing projects end-to-end and analyzing campaign performance to ensure delivery against business objectives and key results (OKRs).
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product launch plans that clearly articulate positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Creative Campaign Development: Define creative briefs and lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and owned channels to maximize reach, engagement, and adoption.
- Market Expertise & Insights: Serve as the subject matter expert on product, category, and consumer trends. Translate market analysis and consumer insights into actionable strategies that inform marketing decisions and product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, engineering, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and deliver seamless go-to-market execution.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, track campaign results, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Strategic Storytelling: Drive creative storytelling that communicates complex product features and value propositions in compelling, customer-centric ways.
- Agency & Partner Management: Manage external agency partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment of creative output with business goals.
Experience:
- 12+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience leading go-to-market strategy and executing large-scale creative campaigns.
- Experience working in a technology or digital product environment.
- Background in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, brand strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills; proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Experience managing external creative agencies and vendors.
