- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
- Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
