As a Systems Integration Engineer I, you will be using your skills and expertise to define, design, simulate, integrate, test, certify, and support cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from state of the art mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You'll be responsible for designing systems to meet demanding customer requirements, developing and building complex systems integration labs to verify the design, and integrate a variety of systems together to create a seamless product for the customer. As a cross functional engineer, you'll perform system and component-level integration of new products and develop new integration processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 0-2 or more years of related experience
- Conceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Exposure to working in multidisciplinary design & development teams
- Familiarity with requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Technical problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative technical solutions.
- Ability to guide technical designs through development into a final deliverable product.
- Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision.
- Proven successful experience in project definition, simulation, implementation, lab integration and test.
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
