Job Description:

L3Harris Aerojet Rocketdyne division is a world-recognized aerospace and defense leader providing propulsion and energetics to its space, missile defense, strategic, tactical missile and armaments customers throughout domestic and international markets. We offer a complete line of propulsion products for launch vehicles, missile defense, and advanced hypersonic propulsion. We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to be the primary interface between IT development and the business. The main job function will support the existing Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) production footprint, design enhancements, and improve systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the business.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide functional/technical expertise along with Outsourcing oversight for Oracle ERP and AR business processes utilizing Oracle Modules and processes (Finance, H.R., Quality, Procurement, iSupplier, Mobile Supply Chain Application, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Bill of Materials, and Work in Process)
  • Provide technical solutions and general support for the interactions between Business Users and Oracle ERP
  • Utilize working knowledge of Oracle Database Structures, Record definition, and SQL Command Language to facilitate research or reporting of enterprise manufacturing data, as required by special projects, interfaces, evaluation, etc.
  • Work with a team to develop plans to migrate business systems or interface data from Oracle to SAP or vice versa
  • Manage project initiatives important to the organization with general supervision
  • Provides functional knowledge using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including: Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Training, and Support
  • Define User Role / Capabilities
  • Build Application Process Flows
  • Facilitate/ participate with Full System Functional Verification in support of System Upgrades and or the Upgrade of associated (Linked) environments i.e. Oracle EBS
  • Assist with configuration verification of System Development/Test System Configuration
  • Capture Requirements and Definition in support of Proposed System Enhancements, Reports, Interfaces, etc.
  • Continual modification and improvement of operations business systems - ERP, MES and others
  • 100% On-Site

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant cost analyst experience, or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related cost anaylst experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related cost analyst experience.
  • 2+ years of Oracle ERP experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Shipping, or Receiving

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in relational database configuration and management
  • Relevant experience with EBS Oracle Applications .
  • General Knowledge of typical Shop Floor Processes which support ME's, QE's, Quality Inspectors, Machine Operators, Assembly Technicians, NC Operators, etc.
  • Business experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Shipping, or Receiving
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and SAP Ariba
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with and collaborate with all levels of business users within the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and SAP Ariba

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $94,000 - $175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
