Pay Rate: $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr on W2

Job Description

Deployment Operations Specialist
Deployment and Compliance Operations

Candidate will work in a large corporate environment supporting global workstation software deployments and assist project teams in development of software deployment plans. They will resolve workstation software deployment issues using solid triage and troubleshooting skills.
Some of the candidate's duties may require off hours work.
Experience in Windows management platforms and automated software installation.
Needs to have Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM knowledge.
Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience. Windows 10 and 11 experience.
3+ years of experience as a PC technician.
3+ years of experience with Python
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Solid understanding of ITIL Release and Change Management processes.
Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner.
Works independently with general guidance.
Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)
Continuously learn and adapt. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
Experience identifying potential issues users may encounter.
Takes ownership - is dependable and conscientiously follows through on commitments.
ITIL V3 Foundations certification.
Networking basics.
Project Management Release Management
Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural international environment.
Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator.
Detail oriented and organized.
Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Motivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teams.
