Job Details

Role: QA Lead

Location: La Verge, TN - Onsite

  1. Technical Skills
  • Test Planning and Strategy Development
  • Test Case Design and Execution
  • Test Automation (preferred)
  • API/Web Services Testing (using tools like Postman or Insomnia)
  • Regression and Performance Testing
  • Defect Analysis and Reporting
  1. Domain Knowledge
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and integrating cross-system applications
  1. Project Management and Methodologies
  • Experience in large, cross-system projects
  • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Test environment and data management
  1. Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  1. Value add Skills
  • Test automation experience using modern testing tools
  • Experience in end-to-end testing lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts
