As a Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operational support of our global corporate network. You'll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our enterprise environment. Description: Network Analyst

About the Role
As a Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operational support of our global corporate network. You'll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our enterprise environment. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and security systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance using tools such as LogicMonitor and Aruba Central.
- Troubleshoot network issues, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and maintain network hardware including routers, switches (Catalyst, Nexus, Aruba), SD-WAN, WLCs, and access points.
- Support WAN optimization, load balancing, and security appliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and perform after-hours maintenance as needed.
- Travel to off-site locations for network support and implementation when required.
- CCNA Enterprise certification (or equivalent experience); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies.
- Proficiency in protocols and technologies such as OSPF, BGP, NAT, QoS, VRF, VXLAN, 802.1x, GLBP, HSRP, and PBR.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass, SD-WAN, and multi-site network topologies.
- Strong command-line experience with Cisco IOS.
- Experience supporting multi-datacenter environments and DDoS mitigation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to incidents.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and contributing to IT service management strategies.
