Summary:


The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across various skilled trades. This role supports full-cycle national recruitment efforts aligned with business needs, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.


  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.


  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers.


  • Maintain candidate records and ATS data for tracking and reporting.


  • Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.


  • Promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices.


  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.


  • Provide recruitment training as needed.



Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting in the construction or skilled trades industry.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.


  • Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.



Schedule & Travel:


  • Standard office hours; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.


  • Up to 20% travel based on project needs.
