The AI Developer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative AI solutions to address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project objectives.
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms, utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and fine-tune AI models, ensuring robust performance and accuracy.
• Implement AI solutions into production environments, integrating them seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, iteratively refining them to enhance performance and usability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, incorporating relevant findings into ongoing projects.
• Document code, methodologies, and results comprehensively, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and related concepts.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Ability to fine-tune LLMs using both standard and advanced techniques like LoRA
• Expertise in generative models, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and libraries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence is a must.
