Position: Technical Support Analyst
Duration: 06- Months Approx.
Location: Warrenton, VA
Job Summary:
- We are seeking for Technical Support Analyst 3 to provide hands-on IT and desktop support at the Puller Veterans Care Center (PVCC) in Warrenton, VA. This facility will support approximately 200 IT devices. The selected candidate will also support occasional remote Veteran Benefits offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure, maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including networking and telecom
- Support LAN/WAN environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Administer Microsoft O365, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and McAfee antivirus
- Provide mobile device support (Android & Apple)
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Track support activities via ticketing system
- Perform occasional training for users and peers
- Provide physical support (lifting up to 50 lbs; climbing, walking, etc.)
- Mentor/coach onsite contracted engineers
- Identify and report IT security issues promptly
- Participate in setup/support of IT equipment for presentations

Compensation
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
