Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer with 7 10 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega PRPC and must be capable of supporting integrations with Kafka and APIs in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC-based applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Pega and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka.
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Pega applications and integrations.
  • Optimize and refactor existing code for improved performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills:

  • 7 10 years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
  • Strong understanding of Pega rules, case management, data flows, and UI design.
  • Experience in integrating Pega with external systems using Kafka and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in creating data pages, connectors, services, and agents in Pega.
  • Solid understanding of Pega integration frameworks and best practices.
  • Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
