As a Lead Engineer you role is to maintain and support the risk management framework. Along with ensuring compliance within regulatory requirements that align with global standards. You will also need an understanding and adherence with bank policy and standards related to security and production release controls to ensure the full compliance.

What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve a framework to support operational risks
- Track and monitor risks and findings to remediation
- Prepare materials for Risk and Board committee meetings, as well as the US Technology Executive Committee, Develop and provide meaningful reporting and analytics to management to enable risk-based decision making
- Communicate effectively with GTI and Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) regulatory teams, Integrated Risk and Controls, 2nd line Risk, and Group Audit to convey comprehensive messaging
- Promote a strong risk culture by serving as an advocate for the importance of effective risk management and reinforcing that everyone plays a role in managing risk
- Improving our self-identification process to incentivize our employees to raise issues proactively, strengthening our risk culture
How You'll Lead
- Leading multiple initiatives that collaborate with multiple departments within the organization
- Working with other departments and influencing them to meet deadlines
- Presenting in front of multiple stakeholders
Skills You'll Need
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior level management
- Strong leadership presence to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of Technology Risk and Controls and Legal Entity Risk, Ability to create presentations that convey messages efficiently and effectively
- Capable of handling multiple initiatives, and understanding how to prioritize work
