Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a website redesign and implementation in Optimizely v12. This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader who can manage Agile Scrum processes, coordinate across distributed teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical and creative teams, managing risks, and delivering enterprise-level digital projects.
Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of the website redesign project, from planning to deployment, using Optimizely v12.

Manage and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives, on a two-week sprint cadence.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX/design teams, solution architects, and development teams to drive alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Monitor and manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and quality; proactively escalate issues as needed.

Maintain and update the project roadmap, sprint plans, and detailed status reports.

Coordinate work and communications across multiple time zones, ensuring effective collaboration with nearshore and offshore resources.

Ensure adherence to project governance and best practices for Agile delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing website redesign and implementation projects, preferably with Optimizely (v12) or similar CMS platforms.

5+ years of technical project management experience in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, ceremonies, and artifacts.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, architecture, and development.

Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
