Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives with stakeholders to ensure proper reporting needs are met, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reporting and visualization.
Conduct large-scale data analysis and provide clear, actionable results and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Develop and recommend the overall data reporting and analytics strategy.
Create, maintain, and publish customized data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate interpretation and understanding for various audiences.
Analyze historical operational data and market information to predict future outcomes, often working with large and disparate data sets.
Craft key metrics and KPIs in collaboration with senior leadership for the entire Global department.
Examine data for inconsistencies and correct systematic errors in data processes, tools, and products.
Provide input and direction for system updates to implement enhancements or support reporting functions.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of systems and interdependencies of processes to drive the business toward developing systems that enable process improvement.
Act as a Project Manager, leading teams in a matrix organization to successfully complete projects, including system conversions and new process implementations.
Provide process leadership in the delivery of world-class reporting and visualization services.
Work independently or as part of a team to resolve complex business issues with little or no direction.
Interpret complex technical business requirements and effectively and concisely articulate them to upper management and other stakeholders.
Work in a hybrid environment that is in office 3 days per week.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a reporting background.
Storytelling and presentation experience at a senior leadership level.
SQL & Visualization experience
DESIRED SKILLS:
A strong understanding and proven application of digital finance and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to perform large-scale data analysis and present findings clearly.
Proven experience in managing and maintaining databases for reporting and analytics.
Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
