About the Role
We're seeking an HR Senior Analyst with strong data analytics and visualization expertise to join a leading global organization's Talent Analytics team. You'll collaborate closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to build dashboards, conduct predictive analyses, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to build dashboards, conduct predictive analyses, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead analytical projects supporting HR and workforce initiatives across the talent lifecycle
* Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Alteryx to track KPIs and workforce trends
* Conduct statistical and predictive analyses using tools such as R or Python
* Extract and manage data using SQL and other analytics tools
* Translate data into meaningful insights and 'tell the story' to senior HR and business leaders
* Identify root causes behind workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations
* Ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable data for strategic decision-making
* Partner with analytics and data science teams to evolve reporting and predictive capabilities

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or talent analytics
* Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI (dashboard development)
- Alteryx (data preparation/automation)
- SQL (data extraction and queries)
- R or Python (statistical modeling or analysis)
* Proven ability to synthesize data and present clear, actionable insights to leadership
* Experience working with large data sets in an enterprise environment
* Strong storytelling and presentation skills
