Job Title: Salesforce And Agentforce Tech Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central.
- Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness.
- Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate rootcause analysis and fixes.
- Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation.
- Support release planning change management and stakeholder communications.
- 5 years in technologybusiness analysis roles.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and RM Central workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination.
- Insurancefinancial services experience preferred familiarity with compliance.
