About the Role
Job Title
Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Analyst to join a Global Talent Acquisition team. You will be pulling, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing recruiting data to drive insights that shape global hiring strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from Workday and other HRIS systems.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide executives and stakeholders with realtime visibility into global hiring metrics, funnel performance, and workforce trends.
- Develop reports and visualizations in Excel (pivot tables, charts, and advanced data modeling).
- Write and execute SQL queries to pull, validate, and manipulate large datasets across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics team to ensure TA reporting is integrated, accurate, and aligned with broader HR data strategy.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and create scalable reporting processes for the global TA function.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all analyses and dashboards.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that help recruiters, TA leaders, and executives make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience pulling and analyzing data from Workday and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries.
- Proven success building Tableau dashboards for executive-level and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Working experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor s/Master's degree in n Data Analytics, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Position Information
Salary Range The salary for this position is between $47-$70/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
