1. 5+ years' experience in state-wide Medicaid programs.
2. 5+ years' experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and other relevant state and federal regulations that govern Medicaid programs.
3. 5+ years' experience in quality assurance processes in place to ensure that all testing and release activities meet the required standards and deliver he expected outcomes.
4. Testing and coordination and release management experience in the State of Missouri is preferred.
1. Vendor Resource(s) Experience Requirements
1. The SOW Vendor shall include the following team members/resource(s) to administer and perform the contract requirements:

1. Leadership Team:

1. 5+ years' experience with eligibility determination and enrollment / case management systems.

1. Experience leading teams to coordinate the testing and release management efforts of the MEDES Program preferred.

1. Working Team:

1. 5+ years' experience coordinating testing efforts and planning/managing both DDI & M&O release efforts.

1. 5+ years' experience software testing and release management. This includes familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and best practices as well as experience with release management processes and tools.

1. 5+ years' experience in project management capabilities, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor testing and release activities effectively. This includes risk management, resource allocation and timeline management.

1. 5+ years' experience in communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including state agencies, healthcare providers, and other vendors involved in the Medicaid program.
2. Performance Requirements
1. Testing Coordination
1. Coordination of UAT efforts across all releases.
2. No more than 5% missing coordination tasks monthly.
2. Test Planning
1. Maintain up-to-date test plans and schedules.
2. Plans updated within 2 business days of changes
3. Traceability
1. Maintain test requirement traceability documentation.
2. Complete accurate traceability maintained.
4. Documentation
1. Maintain federally required documentation.
2. No critical omissions or compliance issues.
