Job Title: Lead IT Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead IT Project Manager to drive complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, technical acumen, and organizational expertise to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables; manage workstreams, backlogs, user stories, and task boards.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and milestones.
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all adjustments follow proper governance and approval processes.
Oversee project financials, including cost estimation, tracking, and variance analysis.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business and technical requirements.
Monitor and report on project progress and key performance indicators.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.

Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Project Methodologies: Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
