K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Senior Manhattan EWM Functional Consultant for a 6+ months remote contract (W2 or C2C) with our Medical Device customer.

Work Hours: Full-time, Remote, supporting ET/CT core business hours.

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Manhattan EWM Functional Consultant to optimize warehouse operations through standardized processes and effective system configurations. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives, primarily supporting facilities near Toronto and teams in Ft. Worth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and optimize warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Labor Management).

  • Document process flows, conduct gap analyses, and recommend system enhancements.

  • Configure Manhattan EWM to meet defined business requirements.

  • Execute comprehensive testing (Functional, Integration, Go-Live).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements.

  • Provide functional expertise and support, troubleshooting system issues.

  • Develop and deliver tailored training for internal IT users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as a Manhattan WMS/EWM Functional Consultant.

  • Deep expertise in WM principles, Inbound/Outbound processes, Inventory and Labor Management.

  • Strong system configuration, process mapping (MS Visio), and testing experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills for training and stakeholder management.

  • Proven ability to independently manage tasks and drive process improvements remotely.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with multinational teams or in life sciences/healthcare sectors.

  • Familiarity supporting International facilities.
