Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Principal Salesforce Business Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role involves providing technical and functional expertise to our Information Technology team, developing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, and partnering with various teams to deliver quality software that provides measurable business value.

Responsibilities
Engage with internal customers to understand their needs and provide functional and technical expertise.
Lead and advise Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to assist with application functionality and design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results using application domain knowledge.
Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices, and high-level integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions to cross-functional problems.
Maintain productive business customer relationships and act as the voice of the customer to the IT project team.
Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for complex cross-functional projects.
Develop strategies for configuring or customizing solutions to maintain flexibility and future integration opportunities.
Conduct peer reviews of project deliverables to ensure high-quality solutions.
Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams, provide thought leadership and improve processes.
Demonstrate how new technologies, best practices, and trends can be incorporated into business and IT processes.
Facilitate the business and operational readiness for deployment of IT projects.

Requirements

Proficient in Documentation, with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive records.
Excellent Reporting skills, capable of producing accurate and detailed reports.
Demonstrated experience in Operations and Planning, ensuring the smooth running of business activities.
Strong focus on Quality and Design, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Possess Leadership Skills, able to guide and motivate a team effectively.
Experience in Implementation, with a track record of successfully executing projects.
Willingness to Travel as required by the role.
Familiar with various Practices in the field of business analysis.
Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable dealing with Stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining relationships.
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Integration, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
Ability to Execute plans and strategies effectively.
Experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
Adherence to Best Practices in business analysis and Salesforce usage.
Proficient in Quality Assurance, ensuring all processes meet the required standards.
Experience in Migration projects, particularly involving Salesforce platforms.
Ability to handle Prioritization of tasks and projects effectively.
Strong Business Analysis skills, with the ability to understand and address business needs.
Ability to deliver high-quality Deliverables on time.
Experience in managing Deployments, particularly in a Salesforce environment.
Proficient in External Reporting, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed reports.
Experience in managing End-To-End projects, from initiation to completion.
