Job Details

Data Science Responsibilities:

  • Solve undefined business problems using traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques.

  • Perform advanced data analysis with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop Python-based solutions for data processing and automation.

  • Handle document processing involving various structured and unstructured forms.

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

  • Communicate technical findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AI Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective systems powering modern web applications.

  • Enable efficient data extraction and processing from patient data.

  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code following best software engineering practices.

  • Ensure product quality through Agile SCRUM methodologies, unit tests, code reviews, and documentation.

  • Lead engineering best practices including clear documentation, logging, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering and programming experience.

  • Delivered at least two full-cycle web applications (design, development, testing, release).

  • Strong knowledge of HTTP protocols, REST API design, and web security fundamentals (Encryption, Hashing, Authentication, Authorization).

  • 3+ years of hands-on Python programming experience.

  • Basic understanding of front-end development (React).

  • Experience in optimizing database queries and caching methodologies.

  • Strong debugging skills for complex software and system issues.

  • Solid experience working within Agile and Scrum teams.

  • Proficient in CI/CD practices and understanding of DevOps processes.

  • Knowledge across full stack technologies: backend, frontend frameworks, deployment ops, database (SQL & NoSQL).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Google Cloud Platform or Azure also acceptable).

  • Quality-focused mindset with experience in writing unit and integration tests.
