Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill a role of a Delivery Manager

Mandatory qualifications

1. Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
   1. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
2. Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
3. Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
4. Five (5) years of experience utilizing various project management methodologies, planning processes and matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Two (2) years of experience leading projects that (each project submitted for this requirement must meet all three (3) criteria):
   1. used Agile SDLC,
   2. were ServiceNow implementation, AND
   3. used JIRA
6. Experience in two (2) Agile projects in which they were the primary person responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement for the project. Each project must include all of the following:
   1. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product plans and roadmaps for the project.
   2. Served as the primary point of contact for the project.
   3. Project reporting using JIRA tool for creating and maintaining a detailed project plan and reporting.
   4. Projects must have been completed using cloud infrastructure.
7. Four (4) years of experience working with state and local agencies.
