Location : McLean, VA , Day 1 Onsite (Only Local)

Position : Fulltime / C2H

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong SQL skills and a solid background in the Financial Services/Banking industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation, while also being able to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams .

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

  • Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, validate results, and support testing activities.

  • Work closely with QA teams to design and execute test cases, track defects, and ensure quality deliverables.

  • Perform data validation and analysis using Excel and other reporting tools.

  • Partner with technology teams to understand system functionality, data flows, and technical constraints.
