Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage content development for assigned event tracks, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Set deadlines and assign responsibilities, while monitoring progress and providing updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with session owners, speakers, and product marketing managers to enhance content quality.
- Prepare detailed reports and contribute to the development of onboarding resources and project staffing analysis.
Skills
- Proven experience in event management and project management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Holding a BS degree with project management certifications like CMP, PMP, PgMP, or Prince2.
- Familiarity with standard event marketing concepts and practices.
