Job Description
The Application Manager for Source 2 Pay (S2P) business area will be responsible for the organization's portfolio of business applications across various departments and supporting key systems like Coupa, Beeline, etc. This will include development, implementation, upgrades, daily management, and maintenance. Stakeholder management, application availability, system and people performance will be part of the critical responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, have exceptional leadership skills, and a keen understanding of using business applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals responsible for managing applications
- Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, enabling their professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, deployment, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements, priorities, and build consensus.
- As a manager of admins of Coupa & Beeline is responsible for all the enhancements, changes and fixing the issues within the system with internal teams and external MSP where necessary.
- Lead a team of system support personnel, up to 6 direct reports
- Work with the Coupa Implementation / Integration Team to complete Coupa rollout of the P2P Process in new sites
- Provide technical support to application users and assist in error management through administration of Jabil's support ticketing system.
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend new or optimized workflows.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, design, and development.
- Participate in project planning, including writing test cases, test scenarios, and managing UAT, functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Support system integrations, manage defect resolution, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Establish and enforce application governance practices, including change management, release management, & documentation
- Monitor application performance, availability, and scalability, taking proactive measures to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their application needs and align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or introduce new technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application management
- Collaborate with the IT leadership team to define and execute the IT roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and process enhancements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent in training and experience
Relevant Work Experience
- 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role, must have experience leading technical/functional teams
- Resource should have Json, Rest, API experience
- 4+ years of Coupa modules experience around Procure to Pay, SIM, CLM, Sourcing, Reporting; SFTP, and API integrations in Coupa
- 2+ years of Experience in Beeline EWS or similar VMS tools.

- Performed leadership roles in 1 or more technology projects General knowledge of in-scope technology domain
- Knowledge of Industry best practices pertaining to technology design and management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
- Coupa certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- Beeline certification is a plus.
