Certinia PSA & Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a Certinia PSA and Analytics Specialist for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing advanced analytics in Certinia and CPQ data sets as well as hands on experience building reports and dashboards in sales reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical visualizations in Certinia Advanced Analytics Dashboards using PSA and CPQ datasets.
• Build reports and dashboards in Sales Reporting using Certinia PSA data.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as CRMA and Tableau.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in Salesforce CRMA Analytics Dashboard development and building underlying technical components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce and Certinia analytics tools with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Certinia's analytics platform, data visualization tools, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr.
