Job Description
- Highly analytical data visualization specialist to build a dynamic reporting framework to transform complex data into clear and concise actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to independently execute projects with minimal supervision. Should be highly self-motivated, curious and proactive in seeking out critical information.
- Design and develop reporting framework for issues, controls, and regulatory matters. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and visually compelling reporting formats beyond a standard dashboard.
- Build and deploy reports that aside from presenting data but display critical areas requiring attention in a clear, concise, visually appealing manner that highlight key actionable insights into the status of ongoing initiatives, including issues management, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally across team to gather and validate data, for accuracy, integrity and accessibility to ensure process is repeatable and reproducible while meeting business needs.
- Collaborate with BDA&M to design and implement automated reporting processes using to streamline data collection and reporting workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize manual effort.
- Translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives by using data visualization skills to create engaging reports, presentations, and interactive visualizations that communicate findings based on demand of corresponding stakeholders
- Exceptional strategic narrative and storytelling skills within PowerPoint
Requirement
- Fraud & Claims experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in a range of data visualization tools to design and develop report-outs related to risk management, compliance, or audit functions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality and governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
