100% REMOTE - Adobe Experience Platform Engineer (AEP)

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Engineer.

This is a contract opportunity and 100% remote.

Summary
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe RTCDP, Adobe AJO, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that enhance our customer engagement and data management capabilities.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and manage Adobe RTCDP to centralize customer data and enable a 360-degree view of customer attributes and interactions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and develop data integration requirements, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain solutions with Adobe RTCDP to support marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Implement and grow Adobe standard/custom data models that will meet growing business requirements.
  • Work with a multi-functional team that includes architects, software engineers, marketing, and product management.
  • Collaborate and assist with system architecture design and data engineering solutions
  • Participate and deliver solutions focused on data governance, security and privacy standards.
  • Create and manage efficient data pipelines that facilitate seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Customize and extend CDP's functionalities to meet specific business needs when necessary.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to platform.
  • Maintain a high-level of expertise related to Adobe RTCDP latest features and best practices to ensure efficient use of the platform.
  • Ensure accuracy and modifications to existing and future data models to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CDP development, system administration, and configuration.
  • Knowledge in data modeling and aligning processes.
  • Ability to develop using ANSI SQL for ETL processing, as well as troubleshooting, and analytical efforts.
  • Ability to develop APIs for integrating the CDP with other marketing, CRM, and data systems.
  • Strong skills in data integration, ETL processes, and data transformation
  • Experience with various database systems
  • An understanding of customer engagement, marketing, and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
