Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded software, utilizing your expertise in motor control theory and project management. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers to create innovative solutions. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop embedded software solutions for our engineering projects, ensuring high performance and reliability.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand motor control theory and apply it to software development.
4. Implement and optimize code to improve efficiency and performance of embedded systems.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
6. Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
7. Perform testing and debugging of software to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in embedded software development and motor control theory.
9. Provide technical assistance and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
10. Document software designs, specifications, and project progress for future reference.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Strong knowledge of motor control theory and its application in software development.
4. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent programming skills in languages such as C/C++.
6. Experience with code assist tools and software development environments.
7. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
