Position Title: Senior Client Manager
Location: Chicago IL Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Senior ClientService Manager Client Services with a strong background in the healthcare domain to lead strategic client engagements focused on AI and Automation adoption.
This leadership role involves working closely with C-level executives, managing change across large healthcare organizations, and driving transformation programs that support innovation, compliance, and better patient outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Change Impact Assessment
Assess how AI and automation will impact healthcare operations, workflows, and workforce readiness. - Communication Strategy & Planning
Develop effective communication strategies to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and support smooth transitions. - Training Needs Analysis & Strategy
Identify skill gaps and build training plans for healthcare staff adapting to new AI-enabled processes. - Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Collaborate with key stakeholders across care delivery, operations, compliance, and technology to ensure alignment on transformation goals. - Culture & Adoption Strategy
Foster a culture of digital innovation, continuous learning, and openness to AI-driven change within healthcare environments. - Responsible AI Advocacy
Promote ethical and compliant AI practices, keeping in line with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.), data privacy, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in client services, digital transformation, or change management roles, with strong exposure to the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience leading AI/automation initiatives in payer, provider, or healthcare tech settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes in complex, regulated environments.
Preferred:
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience in the healthcare sector.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Organizational Development.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks or ethical AI implementation in healthcare settings.
