Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Consultant with strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge of SAP BPC, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and support of SAP BPC solutions (both planning and consolidation).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
- Configure, customize, and optimize BPC applications to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Develop reports, input schedules, and dashboards to provide accurate financial insights to business users.
- Ensure data integration between SAP BPC and other systems such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA, BW, and non-SAP systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support as required.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards.
- Work closely with finance teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in SAP BPC (NetWeaver and/or Microsoft platform).
- Proven experience in SAP BPC Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BW, ECC, and integration with BPC.
- Hands-on experience with BPC script logic, BADI, data manager packages, and EPM reports.
- Experience with SAP HANA and S/4 HANA integration is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial processes such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Group Reporting in S/4 HANA.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial domains.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
