About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our B2B marketing team as a Tubi B2B Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our B2B team by creating compelling presentations and other sales enablement materials. As a key member of the marketing team, you will contribute to Tubi's success in forging strong partnerships with businesses and advertisers.

This position can be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles and will report to the Director of B2B Marketing, based in San Francisco, while supporting the entire Sales Marketing team. Some travel will be required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Presentation Development:
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to understand their needs and goals.
  • Design and create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations tailored to specific B2B pitches and proposals.
  • Ensure presentations effectively communicate Tubi's value proposition and offerings to potential partners.

Sales Enablement:
  • Work closely with the B2B team to develop sales collateral, one-pagers, and other materials to support the sales process.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date sales materials for easy access by the B2B team.

Content Creation:
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the Tubi B2B website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content development.

Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights to the B2B team.
  • Assist in the maintenance of market analysis reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to gather necessary assets for marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in B2B Marketing supporting sales teams during the ad buying process is preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation-making skills.
  • Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple collaborators and concurrent programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders, identify their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to compliance with all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
  • Proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day and in the weeks leading up to it.
  • Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expert time management skills.
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed per hour below. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
