Job Details

We re seeking a visionary and technically accomplished Senior Director of AI & Automation to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across our enterprise. This is Hybrid role. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in AI/ML, a strong engineering foundation, and a track record of implementing innovative automation strategies at scale. You'll play a critical role in driving transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute the strategic vision for AI and intelligent automation initiatives across the organization.

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize business areas for automation and AI augmentation.

  • Design and oversee the architecture and deployment of AI/ML models and automation pipelines.

  • Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and RPA.

  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including model governance, transparency, and ethical AI deployment.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology vendors.

  • Report on performance metrics and ROI for AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in production environments.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps best practices.

  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and workflow orchestration.

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field preferred.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
